WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns and exchanges are not accepted. In the event that a piece arrives damaged please reach out with pictures and a description of the damage. From there we can determine the best course of action to make it right.

BEST CARE PRACTICES
All Kitchen items are finished with butcher block oil unless otherwise stated. Over time the finish will fade requiring the pieces to be retreated with food-safe products such as beeswax, butcher block oil, or coconut oil. As with any wooden item do not soak in water or place in the dishwasher. Handwash only and towel dry pieces.

WHO MAKES THE PIECES YOU SELL?
Each piece is handcrafted by me, January Moore. My shop is located in Eastern Kentucky, but I live in Lexington, KY which is where most items are shipped from.

COMMISSIONS AND PERSONALIZATION
Commissions will be taken on a limited case by case basis. Personalization is available on specific pieces and limited based on the piece itself. To inquire about commissions and personalization please reach out through the contact form.
